John Gruenwald Founder
Prior to starting Ihire Associates John worked for several start-ups and software companies, including EMC Corporation, Prisa Networks, Connetics Communications, CBS StoreRunner.com and Digital Medical Register. John has held positions in human resources management (generalist and operations), corporate recruitment and technical staffing/agency recruitment. John has spent the last six years in the storage software industry. He is a professional that truly understands both sides of the recruitment process and is an expert in employee selection and human resources management. Overall, he has ten plus years experience in IT, recruitment, employee selection, start-ups and human resources management. Gruenwald is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources Management and Small Business Management. In addition to his bachelors’ degree, John earned a technical degree in Digital Electronics from Milwaukee Tech. John lives in Denver (Park Hill), Colorado and enjoys traveling, reading, art, mountain biking, camping, hiking, snowboarding and cooking.
