Ihire Associates Contingency Search Agreement
Each client-company will receive a phone consultation with an Ihire Associates Recruiter in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the position requirements (knowledge, skills, ability and experience), desired candidate profile and any other critical search information.
As part of this service agreement Ihire Associates offers the following:
- Ihire Associates will assign a Recruiter with a minimum six years experience as the specific point of contact for the client-company
- Ihire Associates will conduct an in-depth and professional candidate search
- Ihire Associates will pre-screen and qualify all candidates presented to client-company
- Ihire Associates Recruiter will provide counsel to client-company on the labor market, interview process, candidate concerns/issues, and compensation package
- Ihire Associates will complete one professional reference for any candidate that receives an offer of employment.
Ihire Associates Exclusive Search Agreement *
Each client-company will receive a sit down consultation with an Ihire Associates Senior Recruiter in order to gain an in depth understanding of the position requirements (knowledge, skills, ability and experience), desired candidate profile and any other critical search information. i.e. – business strategy, company culture, particular management style, company philosophy, product specific information and execute any potential NDA’s.
As part of this service agreement Ihire Associates offers the following:
- Ihire Associates will work closely with client-companies management team and conduct scheduled search briefings
- Ihire Associates will assign a Senior Recruiter with a minimum ten years experience to be the single point of contact for the client-company
- Ihire Associates will conduct an in-depth and professional candidate search
- Ihire Associates will pre-screen and qualify all candidates presented to client-company
- Ihire Associates will facilitate the interview process including coordinating schedules, driving internal processes and arranging travel arrangements if necessary;
Ihire will provide post interview information to client-company and candidate as to next steps
- Ihire Associates will counsel client-company on compensation package and can be leverage to research compensation data
- Ihire Associates will actively ‘close’ the candidate for benefit of client-company
- Ihire Associates will complete two professional references for any candidate that receives an offer of employment.
*Exclusive Search Agreement means that client-company agrees that Ihire Associates will be the only search firm working the specific job requisition.
